Before your first inquiry
We rent site safety and traffic management equipment in four categories: fencing & barriers, traffic guidance & signs, access control & gates, and site equipment. 18 products are currently in the range, with more added on an ongoing basis.
No. The entire catalog is viewable without signing in. An account is needed to add products to your watchlist and to handle rentals.
No. Equipment Depot rents exclusively to business customers as defined by § 14 BGB (construction firms, trades, industry). We cannot process inquiries from private individuals.
Inquiry & quote
On every product page you'll find a "Request a quote" button. Alternatively, use the general inquiry form at /angebot-anfordern. We only need your company, contact person, e-mail and the desired product.

14 calendar days as standard. For long rental periods or special terms, validity is adjusted individually.
No. As is common at Boels and HKL, we prepare individual quotes based on product, period, delivery location and insurance options. List prices don't reflect real rental costs and lead to misunderstandings.
Delivery & collection
Yes, delivery by arrangement. The product is handed over on site; a briefing on request.
Delivery costs depend on location and scope and appear in the quote before binding booking. See /lieferung for details.
We agree delivery dates individually; you receive confirmation with the quote.
By one click from the dashboard or by e-mail. We collect the product from the site within the agreed time window. A final inspection is carried out on site by our driver.
Insurance & damage
Basic liability cover for third-party damage is always included. Damage to the rented product itself is not covered by the standard price.
Yes, optionally for a 12 % surcharge on the rental price. No deductible for damage, theft or fire. The comprehensive option appears in the quote before binding booking.
Report damage by e-mail with photos and a short description. A replacement is provided promptly; claims are handled through our insurance.
For theft reported to the police: without comprehensive cover the renter bears the current value; with comprehensive cover we cover the loss in full.
Business account
An account registered with Equipment Depot for construction firms, trades and industry. You see your complete inquiry history, manage a watchlist and get a faster inquiry process. Details at /geschaeftskunden.
Exclusively business customers as defined by § 14 BGB, that is, construction firms, trades, industry and legal entities under public law. We cannot serve private individuals.
Daily rate from 1 business day. Weekly and monthly tiers with discounts. Cancellation terms are tiered depending on timing.
Account & inquiries
Browse the catalog, add products to your watchlist with "Save", submit inquiries and view your complete inquiry history. Your company details are stored. No need to re-enter them for every inquiry.
Binding booking, delivery scheduling, one-click collection, invoices and damage reports: all in the dashboard. Comprehensive cover can be added optionally per inquiry.
The more precise the product, period and delivery location, the faster you receive a binding quote with the right terms and a delivery date, usually within 24 hours on business days.
